As a former CFO, VP Finance General Mills’ Wallpapers-to-Go!, entrepreneur, and Professor at Central State University I have seen the trickle now become a hemorrhaging condition for the education system.  Why? The system assumes our kids are coming to school with an attitude of desire for success, when my experience was the preponderance was coming with an attitude of doubt.
“Ready-to-Go! is not an attitude motivation concept, but an attitude education process. Motivation without education spawns frustration. The Ready-to-Go! attitude education process cultivates perpetual self-motivation, which yields not only, higher aptitude and altitude, but the desire to achieve success. Ready-to-Go! is a process to success initiative.”

I’ve launched an education development initiative called Ready-to-Go! The life blood of Ready-to-Go! is Process-to-Success, a three part curriculum focusing on attitude (desire-to-achieve), aptitude (knowledge-to-achieve), and altitude (skills-to-achieve). Ready-to-Go! is a self-help attitude and motivation education process.

Motivation without education spawns frustration. Attitude without motivation spawns failure! Part One is called Volume 1:”Doubt-to-Desire” and is targeted at grades 9-12 and college freshman. It is intended to read easy, fast, adjust attitudes, and compliment the current education process. The theme is process. It emphasizes the processes in life that cultivate success and the order of those processes.
